Refund Policy
Last updated: March 2026
We want you to feel confident when you invest in an NSQ Lab course. If it’s not right for you, here’s how our refund process works. No jargon, no small print tricks.
The Basics
14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase date and we’ll give you a full refund. That’s it. No forms, no justification required, no awkward phone calls.
We believe that if the course isn’t right for you, keeping your money doesn’t help either of us. We’d rather you left with a good impression of NSQ Lab than stayed with buyer’s remorse.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to [email protected] with:
Your full name
The email address you used to purchase
A brief note that you’d like a refund (you don’t need to explain why, but feedback is always welcome)
We aim to process all refunds within 5–10 working days. Your refund will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
Payment Plans
If you’re on a payment plan and request a refund within the 14-day window, we’ll refund all payments made to date and cancel any remaining instalments.
If you request a refund after 14 days, outstanding payments remain due unless we agree otherwise in writing. If you’re struggling to make payments, talk to us — we’d rather find a solution than chase invoices.
After 14 Days
Refund requests made after the 14-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis. We’re reasonable people and we’ll always try to find a fair outcome, but we’re not obligated to provide a refund after this period.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you’re unsure about your rights, Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) is a good place to start.
Questions?
If anything about this policy is unclear, or you have a situation that doesn’t fit neatly into the above, just email us at [email protected]. We’ll sort it out.
