Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Welcome to NSQ Lab. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our online courses, learning materials, and related services. By purchasing or accessing any NSQ Lab course, you agree to these terms.

Please read them carefully. If anything is unclear, contact us at [email protected] before purchasing.

1. Who We Are

NSQ Lab is a trading name of Glenn Middleton, operating as a sole trader registered in England. Our registered address is 29 Rowan Close, Portslade, Brighton, East Sussex, BN41 2PT. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What You’re Buying

When you purchase an NSQ Lab course (such as Business Refresh), you are buying access to a structured online learning programme delivered through our membership platform. Your purchase includes:

  • Access to the course video lessons, worksheets, and templates included in your chosen programme

  • Any bonus materials specified on the course sales page at the time of your purchase

  • Access to future updates made to the course content during your access period

Your purchase does not include:

  • One-to-one coaching or consultancy (unless explicitly included in your chosen package)

  • Guaranteed business outcomes — the course provides education, tools, and frameworks, but results depend on your individual circumstances and actions

  • Lifetime access unless explicitly stated — your access period will be confirmed at the point of purchase

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.

If you have selected a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in your course access being suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.

4. Access and Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with instructions to access the course through our learning platform. Access is typically granted within a few minutes of purchase, though in rare cases it may take up to 24 hours.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your course access is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by anyone else.

5. Beta Programme Terms

If you are participating in a beta or early-access version of a course, the following additional terms apply:

  • Course content may be incomplete and will be updated during the beta period

  • We may contact you for feedback on the course content and your experience

  • You may receive course content in a different format or schedule than the full launch version

  • Beta pricing reflects the early-access nature of the programme and will not be available at full launch

Your honest feedback during the beta period helps us improve the course for future students. We genuinely value it, even when it’s critical.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our refund policy is straightforward:

14-day refund window. If you are not satisfied with the course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Simply email [email protected] with your name and the email address you used to purchase.

After 14 days. Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but we are not obligated to provide a refund after this period.

Payment plans. If you are on a payment plan and request a refund within the 14-day window, we will refund any payments made to date. If you request a refund after the 14-day window, outstanding payments remain due unless we agree otherwise in writing.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, worksheets, templates, frameworks, and written materials — is the intellectual property of NSQ Lab and is protected by copyright law.

You may use the materials for your own personal and business purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the course content with others, whether for free or for payment. If you’re unsure whether a specific use is permitted, ask us.

8. Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account and making a purchase

  • Use the course materials for lawful purposes only

  • Not attempt to access, copy, or distribute course content through unauthorised means

  • Treat other students and our team with respect in any community or communication channels

9. Our Responsibilities

We commit to providing the course content described on the sales page at the time of your purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible and the content is accurate and up to date.

However, we are not liable for any business decisions you make based on course content, any losses arising from the application of course materials to your specific business, or any technical issues caused by third-party platforms (such as our hosting provider or payment processor).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the course platform. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of the course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
